The façade of a studio house, seen frontally and close to: three large white-framed windows, their panes reflecting green and grey, occupy the centre of the canvas, and along the wide sill stand clay pots of red and white geraniums. The wall is treated in horizontal strokes of pink-grey, brown and cream, its plaster fallen away in places; a reddish-brown door appears to the right of the windows. Below the sill the plinth breaks into patches of violet, grey and ochre, and at the lower right a step appears. The work is a portrait of a place: the house at 15 Ion Creangă Street, where the studio was.
